You want to accelerate digital transformation and contribute to sustainability in the rail sector? Then you belong to the team of PECS-WORK, a specialist for digitalization in the rail sector. We are a Dresden-based consulting & engineering company that develops digital solutions for rail transport companies, OEMs and their technology partners together with these customers and brings them to the rails. With your project-experienced IT skills and desire for consulting, we succeed in establishing new technologies with our customers so that they provide efficiency, sustainability and new opportunities in railroad operations.

What awaits you

  • As part of a team, you support our customers in implementing new technologies on the vehicle or in the infrastructure and in digitizing processes or supporting them with the technology.
  • Together with your colleagues from the Rail Engineering department, you will contribute our joint know-how on the integration of safety and cybersecurity in the use of IT in the rail technology environment and support our customers in the implementation and proof of safety-relevant developments and integrations of digital technologies.
  • In all phases of a project - from conception to architecture to development and integration of new technologies, you will work closely with international teams of customers or technology partners and inspire them with ideas, expertise and working style.

Basic qualifications

We look forward to it

  • Completed IT studies and many years of professional and project experience in IT projects with deep relation to IT architectures or cybersecurity.
  • In-depth knowledge of one or more technical disciplines: cloud transformations, network and infrastructure architecture, IT security/cybersecurity, SW architecture and development.
  • Very good German and good English spoken and written.
